Booking procedure:

 

Once you have decided to rent one of our accommodations with us, select the dates you want to rent

from the calendar and send us a reservation request.

Next, we will send you an email with the necessary information to start the reservation and block the dates of your stay.  

 

If you have any questions, you can contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp.

 

The reservation will not be confirmed until we receive the signed contract and booking payment. 

After the deadline to confirm the reservation (normally 4 days) and whenever we do not receive news from you,

dates will be unlocked and available to other guests.


ALL OUR PRICES INCLUDE:

- wifi internet connection (confirm in the house file if the accommodation has this service)

- sheets

- water and electricity costs

  

*Towels on request and supplement of 10€/person (not obligatory)

 

BOOKING INFO:

In high season, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (July and August) but there are accommodations

where there may be exceptions. You can see availability of dates in our calendars of each accommodation.

 

In mid or low season there is no restriction on the arrival and departure day. 

Minimum stays of 2 nights are available in some accommodations.

 

To confirm a reservation, the first payment of 30% must be made to our bank account within 3 days of signing the contract. The booking payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer.

 

  Final payment must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your rental.

Don't worry, we will send you a reminder email with all the information.

 

In the event that your arrival is within 8 weeks of the booking date, payment of 100% of the total amount is required.

 

DEPOSIT INFO / DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

In the accommodation tab, there is information regarding the damage deposit and the amount requested.

The deposit will be blocked from a bank card upon your arrival.

 

Upon your departure (check-out) we will inspect the house.

The deposit will be returned in a maximum of 7 days by unlocking the established amount from your bank card.

Upon departure, you will receive an email informing you of the return.

REGISTRATION OF ALL TENANTS DURING THE RESERVATION:

According to Spanish law, we are required to send a guest register to the authorities.

During the booking process, you must register all persons traveling in your group

(including children and babies).

 

During the booking process, we will send you the document to fill out for each guest.

In the case of children without an ID card or passport: we will need the data from the family book.

 

Please note that this is information required by the Government of Spain and Catalonia.

If you do not provide the requested information and fill out all the data correctly, the reservation will be cancelled without any compensation for the amount paid up to that point.
