Cancellation by the tenant:

If a tenant considers it necessary to cancel a reservation before the start of the rental period, he must notify us of his decision immediately. Cancellations must be made written and sent by message to our e-mail, we do not accept cancellations by "postal letter" due to the slowness from sending until we receive it.

Any cancellation will be subject to the following conditions:

-Notice of more than 60 days before the arrival date: loss of 30% of the total amount of the rent.

-Notice 60 to 30 days before the arrival date: loss of 100% of the total amount of the rent.

We recommend that our clients take out travel insurance when making their reservation to protect themselves if it is necessary to cancel their vacations. Please note that we use this payment to quickly re-offer the house for rent at the discounted price or last minute.
