Problems during the stay, who do we contact?

 

Upon arrival at our offices, during check-in, we will give you a folder with all the information about the villa

and our contact telephone number.

 

We review the accommodations in detail so that upon arrival everything is in perfect condition.

We are a small family agency and for us details and offering a high quality service are very important.

Unfortunately, sometimes problems may arise that we cannot predict.

 

Any damage or problem in the accommodation upon arrival, please notify us immediately, within 24 hours,

so we can manage it as soon as possible.

Communication of defects must be made in writing (email or SMS).
