We have check-in and check-out times to guarantee that our accommodations are ready to receive our clients.

Check-in: between 16h - 20h.

Check-out: before 10h.

For arrivals outside these hours (no check-in will be carried out later than 12pm), contact us to arrange a time. We must know about this schedule change about 15 days before your arrival, otherwise it will not be possible to organize it.

(This service has an additional cost of 50€).

Check-in will take place at our offices, in Cala Canyelles.

Our services are characterized by a personalized and direct service with our tenants. Upon arrival we will give them all the information they need to have an incredible vacation.

Due to the large amount of work we have on Saturdays in high season, mainly the months of June, July and August, (we only have 6 hours to clean, prepare and review in detail before the arrival of the next clients), we do not It is possible to check-in before 4:00 p.m. or check-out after 10:00 a.m.

The home you have rented will be cleaned, inspected and prepared on the day of your arrival.

We hire professional companies, and we maintain a high level of cleanliness.

On the day of departure, the house must be delivered in the same condition as it was found upon arrival.

(organize kitchen, dishwasher empty or on, take out the trash, clean the barbecue...).

In cases where the house is returned in poor condition, a penalty will be charged on the deposit.
