During the visit to your property, we will make an assessment of the accommodation and thus we can agree on the detailed rates according to season.

During this visit, do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have, we will try to answer all your concerns.

Once everything is agreed, we will proceed to draw up the contract, make a photo report and promote the accommodation immediately.

• Photographic report to advertise the house.

• Advertisements on our own website and on all the international portals.

• The management of all the reservations of your accommodation: before confirming each reservation, we will take care, through direct contact with the future tenants, to ensure that the clients are the client we are looking for for their home.

• Check-in and Check-out service, we will check that the entire house is in the same state that the tenant found it upon arrival.

• Cleaning at the departure of the tenants by professional companies.

• Bed linen and towels. You don't have to worry about this either, since we provide our clients with the bedding and towels necessary for their stay. 

• Upon departure, we include a laundry service by a professional laundry company in the area.

• 24-hour telephone assistance: owners and tenants. We are available for any problems, tourist information or questions that clients may have during their stay.

• We respect at all times the rules of acceptance of clients of your house (groups of young people are not allowed, pets are not allowed ...).

• We manage any contracted maintenance service: pool maintenance, gardener, repairs...

WE CAN ALSO OFFER YOU OTHER ADDITIONAL SERVICES: 

• Security service for your property throughout the year, as well as general maintenance. Highly valued by owners who do not reside in Spain. Any incident, as owners, you will be notified immediately to resolve it immediately!

• Pool maintenance service throughout the year or during the tourist season.

• We supply and manage gardening companies so that your garden is always impeccable or sporadically a few times during the year.

• Before your arrival or upon your departure (outside the tourist season) we offer you a cleaning service so that you do not have to worry about anything during your stay in your accommodation.
