The nearest supermarket ( LIDL) and the only shopping center in Lloret "PortaLloret" are only 100m away. of the apartment.

The nearest beach is Lloret beach, with water activities just 1km from the apartment.

Refundable deposit of 300€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

- In this house the groups of young people are NOT allowed.

- In this house pets are NOT allowed.
