The Fenals Apartment is located in an exclusive area due to its proximity to the beach, very close to playgrounds, shops, supermarkets, restaurants..... The Fenals area is a highly visited area in summer and with water activities in the area. beach.

The closest bus stop to the apartment is just 50m away and supermarkets are 100m away!

You will enjoy restaurants with large terraces right next to the beach as well as the fantastic Santa Clotilde Gardens a few meters away.

Refundable deposit of €300. On the day of arrival the amount will be paid by bank card or cash. This amount will be refunded upon departure within a maximum period of 7 days following departure and after verifying that the property is in the same conditions

- Pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation.

- Parking space: the parking space included in the price measures 2.10m wide. If your car is not compatible with these measures, it will not be credited or exchanged for another parking space.

- Community gym: respect the established schedules and behavior requested by the community of owners.

- Community pool with marked use for the tourist season.
