Apartment located in the Fenals area, with all services a few meters away. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pubs, nightlife ... This apartment is very popular with families due to its proximity to the beach.

Refundable deposit of 300€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
