Villa Anna is a beautiful house with panoramic views of the sea. It is located in a very quiet and residential area of Lloret de Mar. Just 3 km from the fantastic Canyelles beach and only 3 km from the center of Lloret de Mar.

The house has 190m2, distributed on one floor:

First floor:

The ground floor of the house is on the same level as the pool, terrace and barbecue. A luxury to have this dining room with spectacular views of the sea!

In this house the garage is not available. But it will not be a problem since the house is located in a residential area, and you can leave your car in the parking area prepared next to the house for a maximum of 2 cars. The parking area is located right next to the house, and has direct access to the pool terrace of the villa on the side, a luxury!

Located in a very quiet and residential area, you will be able to enjoy the best restaurants (just a few minutes from the house you will find magnificent restaurants next to the Cala Canyelles beach), shops and nightlife within a few kilometers.

The closest beach is Cala Canyelles, just 3km from the villa. One of the most beautiful and family-friendly beaches in Lloret de Mar, where you can find the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret and a marina with water activities for the whole family.

The nearest supermarket is about 3 km away, where you will find everything you need for your daily purchases.

Refundable deposit of 500€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

- In this house the groups of young people are not allowed.

- In this house pets are allowed, with prior authorization from us.

Upon arrival at our offices, we will give you all the necessary information about the villa to make your vacation unforgettable.
