The living room, dining room and kitchen have access to the front terrace with views of the garden and private pool. They also have access from the terrace to the barbecue, garden and pool.

Thanks to its great location, you can leave your car at the house (a privilege in Lloret), and walk to the beach, thus saving yourself the inconvenience of looking for parking.

Fenals beach is known for being a very family-friendly beach with prestigious restaurants right on the beach with beautiful views of the sea! The Fenals area offers many services such as bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops and direct access to the Camino de Ronda de Lloret, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and where you can reach the center of Lloret.

The house has direct access on foot from the pool area to the stairs that lead to the beach and the blue zone parking lot near the house.

The nearest supermarket is less than 1km away, with everything you need for your purchases.

Refundable deposit of €500. On the day of arrival the amount will be paid by bank card or cash. This amount will be refunded upon departure within a maximum period of 7 days following departure and after verifying that the property is in the same conditions.
