Villa Carmen is located in one of the most exclusive urbanizations in Lloret de Mar.

This villa stands out for its spacious rooms, large terraces and large garden with artificial grass with sun all day.

Large pool next to the dining room and outdoor table, with Balinese beds available to our customers.

Maximum capacity for 10 people + 2 people in the case of children.

The house has 250 m2 and is divided into two floors:

First floor:

large kitchen with access to the front terrace and pool

50m2 dining room with access to the front terrace and pool, air conditioning, Smart TV 75', DVD and satellite TV

1 double bedroom suite: (1.50cm bed) + bathroom with shower

Upper floor:

1 large suite room + 1 double sofa bed with access to the terrace, dressing room, bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub. Main bed: 2 beds 90cm together.

Villa Carmen has a large plot of land, where you can park up to 5 cars inside the property. Motorized car door.

The villa has air conditioning included in the price. We emphasize that it has 4 air conditioning units located in: the dining room, and in the 3 upper rooms with access to the upper terrace.

Large garden area that surrounds the entire house.

The barbecue is located on the back side of the house.

Large pool area with terrace and Balinese beds, hammocks and covered area with tables and chairs.

You can enjoy the best restaurants (just a few meters from the house), horse riding, water park, and a few meters from Lloret center, supermarkets, our incredible beaches, shops, restaurants ......

Fenals beach is the closest beach to Villa Carmen, it is approximately 2km away and the center of Lloret is only 2.6km from the villa.

The nearest supermarket is 1.6 km away, where you will find everything you need for your daily purchases.

Refundable deposit of 500€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

- In this house the groups of young people are not allowed.

- In this house pets are not allowed.
