Villa Elsa is a spectacular rustic villa with details that make it unique, located in one of the most exclusive urbanizations in Lloret de Mar.

This villa stands out for its exclusive facilities with 2 private pools for the exclusive use of our guests! Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, which offers a lot of privacy to our clients with sun throughout the day, a covered barbecue area ideal for relaxing on hot summer nights will make your vacation unforgettable!

* For families: Possibility of hosting 1 more person. We have an extra bed at an additional cost.

The house has 260 m2 and is divided into two floors:

First floor:

beautiful indoor pool with outlet and views of the garden

large living room with access to the beautiful garden of the house and outdoor pool

Upper floor:

Large living room with access to the terrace with beautiful views of the garden and the barbecue area. The terrace is fully equipped with a table, chairs, outdoor sofas and an awning to protect yourself from the sun.

1 suite room with large bathroom with shower. This suite has access to the terrace.

*Villa Elsa has an indoor pool with beautiful views and access to the garden. We highlight that the heating of the indoor pool:

- is included during the months between October 1 and March 31.

- extra cost for the months of April, May, June and September for weekly reservations: 300€ to be paid on arrival in cash.

- extra cost for the months of April, May, June and September for short stay reservations (2 nights): 150€ to be paid on arrival in cash.

This villa does not have a garage. Being located in a very quiet and residential area, you can park your car on the street, right in front of the house.

You can enjoy the best restaurants (just a few meters from the house), horse riding, water park, and a few meters from Lloret center, supermarkets, our incredible beaches, shops, restaurants......

Fenals beach is the closest beach to Villa Elsa, it is approximately 2 km away and the center of Lloret is only 2.6 km from the villa.

The nearest supermarket is 1.6 km away, where you will find everything you need for your daily purchases.

Refundable deposit of 500€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

- In this house the groups of young people are allowed.

- In this house pets are not allowed.

Upon arrival at our offices, we will give you all the necessary information about the villa to make your vacation unforgettable.
