Villa Estrella is a beautiful house located in the Roca Grossa urbanization, in a quiet and residential area of Lloret de Mar.

A few km from the center of Lloret, beaches and supermarkets. The Water World park, Lloret de Mar's water park, visited by numerous tourists every year, is located a few meters from the house.

The house has approximately 120m2 on one floor:

At the entrance of the house, you will find stairs that reach the level of the house.

The garage is not available but you can park the car on the street without problem, as it is a very quiet and residential area

Villa Estrella is located in a quiet urbanization, away from the noise of the center of Lloret, but only 2 km from the center and 2.5 km from the main beaches of Lloret.

You will find BUS stops to Lloret at different points in the urbanization. 

Refundable deposit of 500€.

The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

- In this house the groups of young people are not allowed.

- In this house pets are not allowed.
