The house is approximately 150m2, distributed over 2 floors:

Main floor:

Access from the street to the first floor without stairs.

Living-dining room with access to the terrace with table and chairs, and with access to the pool and barbecue

The house has fantastic mountain views from all sides of the house.

The pool area has a fantastic panoramic view.

Villa Mirador is located in a quiet urbanization, away from the noise of the center of Lloret, but only 7km from the center and 7.5km from the main beaches of Lloret.

The Water World park, a water park in Lloret de Mar, visited by many tourists every year, is located a few meters from the house.

At the entrance of the urbanization, you will find a bakery with a small supermarket.

You will find BUS stops in the direction of Lloret at different points of the urbanization.

Refundable deposit of 500€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
