Villa Ocells is a large house with a private pool in a very quiet area less than 5 minutes by car from all services.

This house does not have a garage available, but it will not be a problem since you can park your car in the street with confidence since it is a very quiet and residential area. Great privacy in the pool area.

Located in a very quiet and residential area, you will be able to enjoy the best restaurants (just 500m you will find the restaurant of the urbanization where there is a large swimming pool), shops and nightlife a few kilometers away.

The closest beach is Cala Canyelles, just 3km from the villa. One of the most beautiful and family-friendly beaches in Lloret de Mar, where you can find the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret and a marina with water activities for the whole family.

The nearest supermarket is about 500m. from the house and 3 km right at the entrance of Lloret you will find the first supermarket with everything you need for your daily purchases.

The center of Lloret is only 4km from the villa. 

Refundable deposit of 500€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES:

- In this house pets are allowed, with prior authorization from us.
