Villa Roser is a beautiful house located in a quiet and residential area of Lloret de Mar.

The Water World park, Lloret de Mar's water park, visited by numerous tourists every year, is located a few meters from the house.
The house is distributed on a single floor:
Garage at street level for one car. The rest of the cars can park on the street, right in front of the house.

Villa Roser is located in a quiet urbanization, away from the noise of the center of Lloret, but only 7km from the center and 7.5km from the main beaches of Lloret.
At the entrance of the urbanization, you will find a bakery with a small supermarket.
You will find BUS stops heading to Lloret at different points in the urbanization.
Refundable deposit of 500€. On the day of arrival the amount will be paid by bank card or cash. This amount will be refunded upon departure within a maximum period of 7 days following departure and after verifying that the property is in the same conditions.
