 Villa Sol is a beautiful house located in a quiet and residential area of Lloret de Mar.

A few km from the center of Lloret, beaches and supermarkets. The Water World park, Lloret de Mar's water park, visited by numerous tourists every year, is located a few meters from the house.

Villa Sol is located in a quiet residential area, away from the noise of the centre of Lloret, but only 7km from the centre and 7.5km from the main beaches of Lloret.

You will find bus stops to Lloret at different points in the residential area.

At the entrance to the residential area, you will find a bakery with a small supermarket.

Refundable deposit of 500€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

- In this house the groups of young people are not allowed.

- In this house pets are not allowed.
