 Villa Venus is a beautiful house located in a quiet and residential area of Lloret de Mar.

The house has approximately 100m2 approx .:

Villa Venus is the lower floor of the house with a private pool. Access to the house is via a small ramp, where you will reach the pool terrace. Possibility of parking a car inside the property. In any case, you can also park your car on the street without problem, since it is a very quiet and residential area.

Villa Venus is located in a quiet urbanization, away from the noise of the center of Lloret, but only 7km from the center and 7.5km from the main beaches of Lloret.

On the upper floor of the house, the owners of the house sometimes live, which has totally independent access to the house. The use of the garden, barbecue and lower floor is for the exclusive use of our tenants. Only the area to park the car will be shared.

You will find BUS stops heading to Lloret at different points in the urbanization. At the entrance of the urbanization, there is usually a small supermarket and bakery.

Refundable deposit of 500€. The day of arrival during the check-in procedures, the agreed amount will be paid from the credit card or in cash. Said amount of the deposit will be refunded during the following 7 working days after the tenant's departure and after verifying that the house is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

HOUSE'S RULES: 

- In this house the groups of young people are not allowed

- In this house pets are not allowed.
