Villa Violetes is a beautiful house with a private pool in a very quiet area less than 5 minutes by car from all services and with incredible sea views!

The house has 181m2 and is divided into 2 floors:

Main floor:

The house is accessed via the stairs at the main entrance from the street.

This house does not have a garage available, but it will not be a problem since you can park your car on the street with peace of mind since it is a very quiet and residential area.

Located in a very quiet and residential area, you can enjoy the best restaurants (just 500m away you will find the restaurant of the urbanization where there is a large swimming pool), shops and nightlife a few kilometers away.

The closest beach is Cala Canyelles, just 3km from the villa. One of the most beautiful and family-friendly beaches in Lloret de Mar where the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret and a marina with water activities for the whole family are located.

The nearest supermarket is about 500m away. from the house and 3 km right at the entrance to Lloret you will find the first supermarket with everything you need for your daily purchases.

The center of Lloret is just 4km from the villa.

Refundable deposit of €500. On the day of arrival the amount will be paid by bank card or cash. This amount will be refunded upon departure within a maximum period of 7 days following departure and after verifying that the property is in the same conditions.
